Chris Porter
Founder & CEO
Chris Porter built his real estate portfolio from the ground up — starting with single-family acquisitions before scaling into multifamily and commercial assets across Anchorage. With a background as a USMC Logistics Officer, an MBA, and hands-on experience as a full-time operator, Chris brings a level of analytical discipline and execution focus that goes well beyond traditional brokerage. He oversees acquisitions, capital strategy, and platform development for The Keyport Group.
Keenan Fitzpatrick
VP Sales & Brokerage
Keenan Fitzpatrick has been buying, selling, and advising on Anchorage real estate since 2014. As a licensed agent and active investor in the Alaska market, he brings firsthand knowledge of local zoning, market trends, and deal structure that only comes from years of operating here. Keenan leads brokerage operations for Keyport Alaska and is the team's primary point of contact for listings, buyer representation, and market analysis.
